PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITES:

• Provide service support for multiple departments
• Answer incoming sales / service calls and schedule appointments
• Process paperwork and data entry as needed
• Take incoming warranty calls when needed from customers and internal sources
• Back up to schedule and dispatch Warranty Technicians
• Prepare and send out estimates for service repairs as needed
• Assist customers with product and service information; address customer concerns
• Assist with dispatching technicians as needed.
• Partner with Service Technician to exceed customer's expectations.
• Work with Customer Service Manager to ensure proper customer support is being delivered.
• Responsible for monitoring purchase orders and ensuring entered into system correctly.
• Compiling data and reviewing reports as assigned.
• Reviewing work orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Assist with residential and commercial Service agreement renewals and tracking.
• Ensure service agreement schedules are maintained in accordance with the contract requirements and customer expectations.
• Use of excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with customers and co-workers.
• Plan staffing needs for effective and timely execution of work.
• Provide exemplary customer experience through leadership.
• Assist Executive Management team with company goals and direction.
• Support and encourage an employee ownership mindset and culture.
• Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High school diploma required;
• Customer Service experience in related industry field
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Exceptional resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
