Distribute materials, parts, and
supplies to customers or coworkers, based on information from incoming
Must be able to complete projects
independently and without regular supervision.
Certified on use of boom and scissor
lift (manual lifts) for movement of supplies and materials.
Communicate work orders that address
deficiencies in need of correction.
Preventive maintenance and
assistance with the repair of company tools and equipment.
Complete work orders relating to
Standard Heating and Air Conditioning building maintenance.
Drive company vehicles transporting
materials to and from specified destinations.
Load and unload trucks with the
assistance when available.
Additional duties or
responsibilities as assigned.
- Must be available for flexible
scheduling of work hours and overtime as required.
- Must be able to effectively use
and operate hand tools.
- Ability to be insured by the
Company to drive a company vehicle.
Requires lifting up to 55 lbs.
Ability to bend, stretch, stoop, kneel,
and/or twist along with use of two hands to grasp, manipulate or assemble
