Customer Service Representative

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide exemplary customer service.
  • Schedule service calls for maintenance and repair.
  • Help walk-in customers with inquiries and counter sales.
  • Maintain organized file system.
  • Dispatch service calls to technicians when needed.
  • Help in scanning work orders, daily folders and maintenance agreements when needed.
  • Order parts for bid repairs.
  • Sort incoming paperwork from technicians
  • Enter parts for inventory

.QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in customer service preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite with focus on Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to work independently while balancing several tasks with various deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexibility with scheduled hours and shifts.
