Customer Service Account Specialist

Standard Heating and Air Conditioning, a locally owned company with a strong 45 year tradition, is currently looking for a Customer Service Account Specialist. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

         Answer customer requests or inquiries concerning services, products, and billing.

         Deliver superior service identifying and resolving customers' issues using problem solving skills.

         Create a positive customer experience within multiple departments and personality types.

         Maintain a working knowledge of our clients' system and match them to our products and services.

         Document all customer information, communication and sales.

QUALIFICATIONS:

         Previous customer service sales experience preferred, but not required.

         Organization, communication, and professional customer service skills required.

         Ability to be insured to drive a company vehicle.
